Mash Potatoess
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds of baking potatoes
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 table spoon of butter
- Salt and pepper for taste
Preparation:
- Boil a pot of water, add potatoes and let it cook tender and firm about 15 minutes.
- Drain the water and peel off the skin of the potatoes.
- Mix in butter, milk and pepper and beat them all with a potato masher till everything blend in.
- Serve and enjoy
