Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1 table spoon of milk
- 2 slices of white bread
- Salt and pepper for taste
- Cheese (optional)
Preparation:Drain the water and peel off the skin of the potatoes.
- Mix egg, milk, pepper and salt and beat them all well in a cereal bowl. Cook them for two minutes at 100 degree.
- Meanwhile, toast the bread.
- Once the egg ready, spread in over one piece of the toasted bread.
- Optional, top a piece of cheese on the bread and another piece of bread on top of everything.
- Enjoy.
