Ingredients:
- Sausage
- Egg
- English muffiner for taste
- Cheese (optional)
- Tomato Sauce
- Salt and pepper for taste
Preparation:
- Heat a pan and add a bit of oil. Squeeze the sausages from their skin into the pan to form flat patties.
- Meanwhile half and toast the muffins.
- Fry the eggs.
- On a muffin half add a flat sausage, piece of cheese, fried egg, tomato sauce then the muffin on top.
- Enjoy.
