Sausage Muffin

Ingredients:

  • Sausage
  • Egg
  • English muffiner for taste
  • Cheese (optional)
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Salt and pepper for taste

Preparation:

  1. Heat a pan and add a bit of oil. Squeeze the sausages from their skin into the pan to form flat patties.
  2. Meanwhile half and toast the muffins.
  3.  Fry the eggs.
  4. On a muffin half add a flat sausage, piece of cheese, fried egg, tomato sauce then the muffin on top.
  5. Enjoy.
