Banana Pancake (Lempeng for Malaysian)

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2  cups of all-purpose flour
  • 3 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Sugar
  • Egg
  • Honey
  • Butter
  • Banana

Preparation:

  1. Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a bowl. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, banana, egg and melted butter; mix till smooth.
  2. Heat and lightly oiled a frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot
  3. Enjoy
